What is GRACE

A knowledgeable guide — not a salesperson.

GRACE is The Thinking Lab's Medicare Navigator — an AI assistant built to help people understand Medicare clearly, avoid costly mistakes, and make confident decisions without being sold anything. GRACE has no affiliation with Medicare, CMS, or any insurance company. She earns no commission. She is in your corner.

Most Medicare information comes from people who have something to sell. GRACE is different. She translates a system built for administrators into language built for people — calmly, accurately, and with deep respect for the intelligence and experience you bring to this conversation.

What Beta Access Means

You are among the first people to experience GRACE outside of The Thinking Lab team. Beta access is private. The link you receive is for your personal use only — please do not share it publicly or forward it to others. This is not a finished product. GRACE is capable and accurate, and she will also have rough edges. Your feedback is the most valuable thing you can give us at this stage — not ratings, not reviews, just honest reactions.

Please read the agreement below before requesting access. By submitting your information, you are agreeing to these terms.

GRACE Beta Participation Agreement — The Thinking Lab

This agreement is between you ("Beta Participant") and The Thinking Lab ("we," "us," "our") regarding your access to GRACE, our AI-powered Medicare Navigator, during its private beta period. Please read this carefully — it is written in plain language intentionally.

1. What GRACE Is — and Isn't

GRACE provides Medicare education and navigation support. She does not provide legal, financial, medical, or insurance advice. Nothing GRACE says should be taken as a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. For personalized enrollment guidance, always consult a SHIP counselor, licensed insurance agent, or qualified financial advisor.

2. Confidentiality — Please Keep This Private

Your access link is for your personal use only. Do not share, forward, post, or distribute your GRACE access link to anyone. Do not share screenshots of GRACE's responses on social media or in public forums during the beta period. Do not discuss The Thinking Lab's methodology, approach, or system design with competitors or in professional publications. This platform represents significant proprietary development, and your discretion protects the work.

3. Acceptable Use — Personal Use Only

GRACE is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

— Reproduce, republish, or redistribute GRACE's responses as your own content
— Use GRACE to systematically gather Medicare content for commercial purposes
— Use GRACE as a research tool to build competing products or services
— Scrape, harvest, or extract GRACE's responses in bulk
— Use GRACE in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

GRACE — including her system design, knowledge architecture, response methodology, personality framework, and all associated materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of The Thinking Lab. GRACE's responses are generated for your personal use. All underlying methodology, structure, and design remain exclusively ours. Responses include attribution to The Thinking Lab and are not licensed for commercial reuse.

5. Feedback

We will ask for your honest feedback during the beta period. By participating, you agree that feedback you provide — including general observations, suggestions, and reactions — may be used by The Thinking Lab to improve GRACE. We will never attribute specific feedback to you publicly without your explicit permission.

6. Beta Disclaimer

GRACE is beta software. She is designed to be accurate and helpful, and she may also make mistakes. Do not rely on GRACE as your sole source of information for any Medicare decision. Always verify critical information with official government sources (Medicare.gov, SSA.gov) or licensed professionals. The Thinking Lab is not liable for decisions made based on GRACE's responses.

7. Duration

This beta access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, at The Thinking Lab's discretion. We will notify you if your access changes. Beta pricing and terms may change when GRACE moves to general availability.
